Based in Taiwan, Acer will soon release new series of LCD monitors Acer G5 designed for gamers and media lovers. They include five models Acer G195HQ, Acer G205H, Acer G225HQ, Acer G235H and Acer G245H with screen size of 19 inches, 20 inches, 22 inches, 23 inches and 24 inches respectively.
Monitors Acer G5 packs can range up to 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and 5ms response time (2 ms for 24-inch G245H). All models are equipped with a DVI connector and a model has HDMI 1.3.
The G195HQ Acer has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, G205H Acer 1600 x 900 pixels, and both have 1920 x 1080 pixels (full HD) resolution. Costs Acer G195HQ, G205H, G225HQ, G235H and G245H LCD monitors is € 119 € 139 € 169 € 199 and € 219 respectively. No word on release date.
