Acer puts spotlight two new 3D-Ready, Acer X1261 and Acer X1130P, Canada. Both models have a capacity of DLP projection and 3D are able to offer 3D visual experience when combined with NVIDIA 3D Vision (sold separately) and a compatible computer 3D Vision. All these projectors offer D-sub, composite video, component video and S-video mini-DIN, and a control interface RS232 Mini-DIN. The mini USB connector adds X1230PS B.
Both are X1130P and X1261 Acer projectors for home, business and classrooms, with a value price. The former features XGA resolution, 2500 ANSI lumens, 3700:1 contrast ratio and a vertical refresh rate of 50-120Hz. The X1261 is priced at $ 599 CAD. The CAD $ 449 Acer boasts X1130P AVGA resolution, contrast ratio of 3,000:1, 2,500 lumens of brightness.
Also introduced is the Acer X1230PS short range projector home theater projector that is capable of great images up to 109 inches diagonal, even when placed as close as 6.5 feet from the screen. It features 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 2500 lumens of brightness, contrast ratio of 3,000:1 and 50-120Hz vertical refresh rate. It is priced at $ 699 CAD.
