Genesi Efika MX SmartBook can packs a 10.1-inch screen with LED-backlit 1024 x 600 pixels, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 1.3MP camera, and high stereo speakers. There are two USB ports for peripherals headphone jack, and a modem 3G/UMTS (optional – up to 7.2 Mbps down / up to 3.6 Mbit / s).
The MX Efika has dimensions of 276 x 181 x 21mm and weighs approximately 930g. It runs on Linux OS. Cost of the new MX Efika SmartBook is $ 349. Genesi has started selling its latest SmartBook called MX Efika. According to the source, it is just need 12W fully mobile.
Unlike most modern machines that use the mobile processor Atom, SmartBook Efika MX is based on Freescale’s new 800MHz i.MX515 (ARM Cortex-A8). Their memory amount is not specified, but has 16GB of flash storage and SD / MMC memory cards.
