Verizon Wireless, Motorola has finally made the Motorola X Droid (aka Shadow Droid Extreme) official Android smartphone. The new phone sports a TI OMAP3630 processor running at 1GHz 45nm with ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor core, PowerVR SGX graphics accelerator and base material 2 + VAT.

The X eCompass Droid has a large 4.3 inch 854 × 480 touchscreen, 8 megapixel camera with autofocus, dual LED flash and image editing tools, 8GB of internal storage, aGPS / sGPS support, Bluetooth and WiFi. The camera can record HD video 720o and offers HDMI output. It also includes a microSD card slot for expansion, DLNA, 3.5mm jack and USB port. Droid X-enabled mobile WiFi hotspot and comes with keyboard Swype.

Motorola Android Droid X runs the 2.1 OS and Android will receive 2.2 and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Update in late summer. It works with CDMA 800/1900 Verizon EV-DO Rev A network. It is said that the GSM version of the X Droid will be published in other regions. This 4.3 inch Android phone will be available beginning July 15 for $ 199.99 after $ 100 mail-in rebate with a two-year contract to new customers.
