Samsung has announced the first portable player in the world capable 3D Blu-ray Samsung BD-C8000. The player offers true 1080p HD video playback and lets you read in 3D when you are connected to a 3D capable TV and used with 3D glasses. Samsung BD-C8000 portable 3D Blu-ray is available at Amazon for $ 449.

As the perfect travel companion, the Samsung BD-C8000 features a 10.1-inch screen and integrated WiFi connectivity for easy access to advanced connectivity features, including a growing library of content and applications via Samsung Apps and HDMI 1.4a support. The C8000 has three hours of battery life.
