Sharp has announced two new smartphones in China Windows Mobile 6.5, Sharp SH80iUC and Sharp SH81iUC. Both phones are designed in a slider and are almost identical. They support WCDMA / HSDPA and 3G GSM quad-band EDGE / SH81iUC and has dual SIM card slots, one for WCDMA / GSM and the other for GSM only.
The SH80iUC and SH81iUC are powered by Qualcomm 528MHz processor MSM7200A, 256 MB RAM and 512 MB of ROM. They sport a 3.5-inch Mobile ASV 854 × 480 touchscreen, a focuscamera 5 megapixel camera with auto face detection, Bluetooth and microSD card slot.
The Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional is the operating system and Sharp has added his own X-Crawl UI. The SH81iUC also supports GPS. The SH80iUC and SH81iUC Sharp probably in China alone. No pricing information was mentioned.
