The XR100 VR100 and both have a 10.2-inch 1024 × 600 LCD and the former adds technology for richer TruBlack high-contrast images. They feature an illuminated Sony logo on the bezel panel that disappears automatically when frame is placed vertically in portrait position.
These frames can AVCHD numerical 2GB internal memory and supports SD / SDHC, MMC, CF, MS, MS Duo, CF memory. In addition to the AVCHD files, S-Frame DPF-XR100 and DPF-VR100 also supports Motion JPEG, MPEG, MPEG4 video files, MP3, AAV, and WAV audio files to common image.
Sony is updating its line of S-Frame digital photo frames by introducing over 10 new models. leading models are the DPF and DPF-XR100-VR100 that supports video playback in AVCHD format with stereo sound.
