Transcend announces its new series Transcend CF200I advanced industrial grade CompactFlash memory cards. Other than the stronger error correction code (ECC) Global Technology and static wear leveling, the new CF cards feature CF200I Transcend Flash Life Guard proprietary software, a handy tool that automatically monitors flash cells in map and give users a notification when the card approaches the end of its life cycle.
The Transcend is CF200I shock and vibration. It can be used on industry standard PCMCIA-ATA equipped devices such as industrial PCs, embedded systems, medical instruments, etc.. The CF cards CF200I use Ultra DMA (UDMA) 4 as the default transfer mode and support for UDMA 5 in the Customizing application.
They provide an average read / write speeds up to 40MB/35MB/s. Transcend CompactFlash CF200I is available in 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities.
